Valeting and Collections Team Leader
Phil joined us from managing a team at a large car rental company. Client satisfaction is always at the forefront of Phil’s mind and is eager to please.
He manages the valeting department and his excellent eye for detail ensures that every car that is worked on at MES, leaves looking as good as it now drives.
Phil works hard to make sure all our clients are met with excellent service, and he might well be the person you have first contact with after your vehicle is all booked in. We have consistently great reports from our customers once they have met this “face of MES”.
