Service Advisor
Jamie came to us from a background of both Service Advising as well as parts supply, and he really enjoys the day-to-day dealing with clients and problem-solving.
He always puts himself in the client’s shoes and is constantly thinking outside the box for ways to meet the needs of the client. His positive, can-do attitude to life has brought the customers of MES great relief that their pride and joy is being cared for in the best manner possible.
Jamie has the vast experience to help guide clients over the phone, and to get to the bottom of a problem with a vehicle sometimes before it even touches a ramp in our workshop.
