Service Advisor
Graham came to us from a local independent garage as a service advisor, and he enjoys the day-to-day dealing with clients and problem-solving.
He always puts himself in the client’s shoes and is constantly thinking outside the box for ways to meet the needs of the client. His positive, can-do attitude to life has brought the customers of MES great relief that their pride and joy is being cared for in the best manner possible.
Graham was also a Ford main dealer technician for the best part of 28 years, so he has the vast experience to guide clients over the phone, and to get to the bottom of a problem with a vehicle before it even touches a ramp in our workshop.
Graham has proved to become a great member of the Team here at MES.
