Ellie aids the company in a multitude of different ways. She was a Service Advisor for many years at MES, and was often the first point of contact you would encounter when you call us. Lately she also spends time at our second site, our Vehicle Sales business – Unit One Automotive
When at MES she would take the bookings, track the vehicle through the workshop and aid the complete service team in all their day-to-day responsibilities at either site when at MES.
After the vehicle is returned to yourself she will courtesy call you a few days later to follow up on your feedback on the job and to check that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the work undertaken, the price, and the overall experience you have shared with us.
