Service Advisor
Ellie aids the company in a multitude of different ways. She is often the first point of contact you will encounter when you call us, and she will make your vehicles stay with us as comfortable as possible.
She takes the bookings, tracks the vehicle through the workshop and aids the complete service team all their day to day responsibilities.
After the vehicle is returned to yourself she will courtesy call you a few days later to follow up on your feedback on the job and to check that you are completely satisfied with the quality of the work undertaken, the price, and the overall experience you have shared with us.
