Collected vehicle from customer’s chosen address. Vehicle taken to MES to carry out required 85,000 mile service. Vehicle inspected for service requirements and any additional items. Customer advised that Front brake pads and Rear brake discs and pads were all below minimum service limits and required renewal. Customer provided with estimate of costs for required service including full brake system bleed and renewal of brake discs and pads. Estimate accepted by customer and work authorised. Put vehicle on ramp and performed required service according to age of the vehicle and mileage covered. Front brake pads and rear brake pads and disks renewed. Service items covered with manufactures checklist and included with the invoice for the customer’s records. Manufacturer’s service history book stamped. Vehicle washed and returned to customer’s chosen address. |
