We’ll match any like-for-like quote within 5 miles, and refund the difference on your next visit.

We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance or repair using Genuine or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Parts from any garage within 5 miles. If it’s less, we will refund the difference on your next visit. It’s that simple.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Quotes supplied must be from any VAT registered garage within a 5 mile driving distance from the MES Cranleigh branch premises.
  • Quotes must be produced in writing (email or printed) using only Genuine or OEM Parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed (Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturers specification for your vehicle).
  • Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work – we reserve the right to verify this.
  • We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garage’s advertised rates and are free from special offers or negotiated discount.
  • Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines.
  • Quotes must be presented to the Service Team at MES in Cranleigh within 30 days of the original invoice being issued and before any work is undertaken.
  • Quotes from internet retailers are excluded.
  • If your vehicle was collected, delivered, courtesy vehicle provided, or washed – this must also be offered for in the comparable quote.
  • Offer is for Retail customers only.
  • Excludes Fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs, Bodyshop work.
  • Offer is valid until 31st December 2019, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time.
  • This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

£60 MES Voucher – Terms and Conditions

Customer to be referred must not already be an existing MES Customer. £60 is in the form of credit on your account towards your next visit, after the referred customers work is complete. Credit must be used on one visit only, and is non cash-redeemable.
